tempered glass is processed by flat glass,heated to softening point around 700℃ through heat treatment processing.then cool it down rapidly and smoothly on the glass surface so as to bring very strong tensile stress inside of glass and much stronger pressure stress on its surface,thereby increasing the strength and thermal stability of glass.
